'Flatten' variation

I hope someone can give me instructions on how to remove the 'flatten' variation that appears on every transform, despite it being removed from the Variations list under 'Settings'. I am using Apophysis 7X version 15C.9. This is very frustrating. Rarely do I ask for help but this has me at a loss.
